Returns: EZAlarms.com provides a 30-day, no questions asked, money
back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special
order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
simply contact us at customerservice@EZAlarms.com
and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number.
No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect
condition and their original packaging. Shipping charges are not
refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged by carrier.
The following terms apply for all returns:
• Notify us at within 30 days of receipt
of the order.
• You MUST contact us at customerservice@EZAlarms.com
for a RMA Number prior to sending product back.
• The products must be returned in
their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• You must include all packaging materials,
packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
• All manuals and warranty registration
cards must be unmarked.
• Any programming MUST be reset back to
factory default.
• You must pay any return shipping expense.
• Display the RMA# prominently on the outside
of the box to avoid delays of your refund.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance
with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will
issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store
credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

received damaged or defective.

If received by truck carrier and the merchandise (not just the carton)
is obviously damaged, the merchandise should be refused by writing
“Damaged–Refused” on all the carrier’s delivery
papers, and returned to carrier during delivery.
If this situation occurs:
1. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt for your
records.
2. Contact customerservice@EZAlarms.com.
If damage is concealed and discovered after opening. Then:
1. Keep the shipping container
and all shipping documents from the delivering truck carrier.
2. Request that a Return Authorization Report
be filed. (Note the date of your call.)
3. Contact our service department at customerservice@EZAlarms.com
for a RMA number. NOTE: We do not accept return
merchandise on C.O.D.

for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our
returns facility. Items shipped using our standard return label
cannot be insured. We recommend packages valued over $100 be insured
or shipped by UPS.

For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be
repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible
or acceptable, EZAlarms may elect to furnish a replacement or make
a full refund. Batteries are not warranted. There are no deductibles
or hidden fees, just contact us at customerservice@EZAlarms.com
and we will take care of all your repairs and/or issue return authorization
number (RMA).
Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes
may not be repaired or replaced under warranty
In the event that a product requires repair after one year from
receipt of order EZAlarms, will assist in having items repaired
by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer
will be charged for cost of repair and handling

If an item is out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped
immediately. The "back-ordered" item(s) that can be restocked
will be shipped within 30 days. An email will be sent notifying
you of the back order status. If you would prefer not to wait for
the item and wish to cancel the order, please contact Customer Service
immediately. If your order is placed by credit card, the back order
items will charge separately when shipped and a new invoice will
be created.
EZAlarms will pay to ship the back-ordered
product to the U.S. port only.
